Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Smart Hub Insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person inquiries.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Establish and maintain efficient filing systems, both physical and digital.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Degree: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Work Environment

Our ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and collaborative team environment. This is a permanent position with 40 hours per week, working primarily in English.

Compensation Package
