We're seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer who can craft exceptional e-commerce experiences that improve conversion rates and sell more products. As a seasoned pro, you'll work on our website re-platform project, handling user flow charts and journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping. Your attention to detail and creativity will shine in this busy role, where you'll dive into user testing and analyze behavioral data to make data-driven design decisions.
In this role, you'll work closely with our development team, applying your foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (Vue, React, Vanilla) to ensure seamless designs are ready for development. You'll be responsible for low and high-fidelity prototyping, creating interactive prototypes for development teams, and conducting UX research to understand customer behaviors and optimize their journey across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- You'll be the go-to resource for our website re-platform project.
- You'll handle everything from user flow charts and journey mapping to wireframing and prototyping.
- You'll dive into user testing on platforms like UserTesting and Userlytics.
- You'll analyze behavioral data from tools like GA4 and Microsoft Clarity.
- You'll work closely with the development team to ensure seamless designs are ready for development.
- You'll be responsible for low and high-fidelity prototyping.
- You'll create interactive prototypes for development teams.
- You'll conduct UX research to understand customer behaviors.
