Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitorial Operations Manager to join our team at Dhillon Janitorial Service Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our janitorial services, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet customer expectations
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to promote our services
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure continuous improvement
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Reliability and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
