Job Title: Janitorial Services Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Manager to join our team at Dhillon Janitorial Service Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our janitorial services department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Client Focus: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory, ensuring that our operations are financially sustainable.
  • Policy Development: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring that our operations are compliant with industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work environment is physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
