Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, tracking inventory, and processing payments.
- Support the front desk team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a positive experience for clients and staff.
- Collaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and veterinarians.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
