Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

SUNTREE DAYCARE & OSC CENTRE is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to work with our young learners. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment that promotes the cognitive, social, and emotional development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of our children.
  • Lead activities that promote storytelling, creativity, and physical activity.
  • Encourage children to express themselves through art, music, and dramatic play.
  • Observe and record children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure a smooth transition between home and school.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with children in a educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
