Job Title: Early Childhood Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Assistant to join our team at the Global Childcare Centre.

Job Summary

The Early Childhood Assistant will work under the supervision of early childhood educators to provide high-quality care and education to infants and toddlers. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers with care and attention to their needs.
  • Assist early childhood educators in planning and implementing programs that promote children's development.
  • Engage children in activities such as storytelling, singing, and crafts to stimulate their curiosity and creativity.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and report to parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • Interpersonal awareness and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Values and ethics that align with the Global Childcare Centre's mission
Work Environment

The Global Childcare Centre is a dynamic and supportive work environment that values the well-being and development of its staff and children. The successful candidate will work in a permanent position with a regular schedule of 35-40 hours per week.
