Job Overview:

Cpctechno is seeking a highly skilled Software Development Expert to lead our team in delivering high-quality software solutions. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Software Development: Design and develop complex software programs using ServiceNow ITIL process and ServiceNow platform knowledge.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts to understand business problems and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that software programs are highly efficient, scalable, and maintainable, and that they meet the required quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in software development, with a strong background in programming languages and software development methodologies.
  • Skills: ServiceNow ITIL process and ServiceNow platform knowledge, XML and JSON object knowledge, global and scoped application understanding, and experience with AngularJS and React frameworks.
  • Education: Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a global team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Admin Knowledge: Basic knowledge of ServiceNow administration, including configuration experience/knowledge of OAuth 2.0 Authentication protocol.
  • ETL Experience: Experience with Informatica ETL projects for ERM platform for ServiceNow.
  • API Gateway Knowledge: Understanding of Apigee API Gateway and RPS integrations with the AWS service layer.
