We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer with a strong command of Python and a proven track record in the end-to-end implementation of custom modules in Odoo. Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Improve Apps: Design, develop, and deploy custom Odoo modules that meet the needs of our clients.
  2. Ensure Quality and Accountability: Take ownership of the code and ensure that it meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  3. Customize ODOO Reports: Utilize QWEB to create tailored reports that provide valuable insights to our clients.
  4. Train and Support Customers: Provide comprehensive training and support to customers and end-users to ensure a seamless experience.
  5. Modify Workflows: Collaborate with clients to design and implement customized workflows that meet their business needs.
  6. Document and Configure: Prepare detailed documentation for all tasks and configure server and multi-database ODOO environments.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Computer Applications: A degree in a relevant field is essential for this role.
  2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in ODOO Development: Proven experience in Odoo development is required.
  3. Strong knowledge of Python and programming concepts: A solid understanding of Python and programming principles is necessary.
  4. Core knowledge of ODOO apps: Familiarity with Odoo apps such as CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, etc. is required.
  5. Proficiency in both written and spoken English: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
  6. Object-oriented programming language: Experience with object-oriented programming languages is necessary.
  7. Linux, OS, SSH, and Bash Scripting: Familiarity with Linux, OS, SSH, and Bash Scripting is required.
Must have experience in the following
  1. Development Model: Agile development methodologies.
  2. Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages.
  3. Database: PostgreSQL with object-relational mapping.
  4. Version Control: GitLab (Self-hosted), GitHub, and BitBucket.
  5. Framework: Odoo (ORM, Workflows, Report Engine, BI, AI), Ajax, REST API.
