About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can accurately and timely dispense prescriptions. You will work closely with patients to provide professional advice on prescription and over-the-counter products, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and timely dispense prescriptions
  • Perform patient-focused services, including injections/immunizations
  • Provide professional advice and dialogue with patients on prescription and OTC products
  • Support accurate pricing and receiving procedures to minimize shrink
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, professional standards, and applicable laws and regulations

You will also be responsible for maintaining complete and accurate documentation as necessary by various colleges of pharmacy, drug plans, and Rexall programs and SOPs.

Requirements
  • University degree combined with a valid Provincial Pharmacy license
  • Strong customer/patient satisfaction orientation
  • Ability to achieve results in an efficient and organized manner
  • Ability to maintain the optimum balance between the profession of pharmacy and business of pharmacy
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a total rewards package that includes benefits such as health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
