About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at CC&L Financial Group. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for various roles within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Source and screen candidates using various methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and making job offers
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience leading the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment and provide data-driven insights to inform recruitment decisions
