Job Summary

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Internal Audit team as a Co-op Student. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging assignments, gaining valuable experience and skills in audit, risk management, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and provide objective assurance on the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management practices, and corporate governance processes.
  • Participate in audits, control design review, continuous audit review, and consulting engagements.
  • Develop data analytics and visualization reports using Tableau.
  • Prepare management reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Statistics.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with data analytics software packages and data visualization tools.
  • Experience in using MS tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
