Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organized Full-Time Education Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our evening support team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient learning experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet students and parents at the door and direct them to their classes
  • Support the management team during evening classes
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation
  • Conduct and mark assessments
  • Reschedule classes as needed
  • Answer phone calls and respond to student inquiries

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar certification in a relevant field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
