Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Coordinator to join our team at Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. As an Education Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the academic success of students of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs and services
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and students to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Coordinate schedules, assessments, and learning programs for students
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and provide support
  • Collaborate with centre staff to ensure the Oxford Learning philosophy is maintained throughout the centre
  • Contribute to the creation of a fun and energetic learning environment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local schools, sports teams, and businesses to promote the centre's services
Requirements
  • University degree in a related field (Social Sciences, Languages, Math, and Business)
  • Strong secondary school mathematics skills
  • Additional language(s) spoken is an asset
  • Experience working in an educational environment with medium to large student bodies
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, online communication apps)
  • Strong phone skills and experience in customer service
