Job Description
As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in our state-of-the-art Critical Care Unit. You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, utilizing advanced technologies and evidence-based practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to acutely ill cardiac, medical, and surgical patients
- Conduct hemodynamic and ventilation monitoring using invasive and non-invasive approaches
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and promote seamless transitions between units
- Utilize computerized systems for accurate documentation of patient care activities
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 2 years of critical care experience
- Critical Care Certificate required
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
