Learning Content Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Content Manager to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of training solutions through our learning platform, Leonardo.
Key Responsibilities- Design and create engaging training content to support the growth and development of our employees.
- Manage project timelines and collaborate with content experts to ensure the success of learning programs.
- Develop and implement effective training strategies to meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Doctorate in Optometry or a related field.
- Fluency in French and English.
- At least 7 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on eye care delivery, retail sales, and continuing education for opticians.
