Job Title: Production Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team at Motion Artistry Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Production Assistant will provide administrative support to the production team, ensuring the smooth operation of film and video productions. This role involves a variety of tasks, including note-taking, scheduling, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of production materials, including scripts, schedules, and equipment lists.
  • Take detailed notes during meetings and productions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Arrange for equipment rentals and deliveries.
  • Assist in the setup and teardown of production equipment and sets.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a production or administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other production software.
Working Conditions:

The Production Assistant will work in a fast-paced production environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines. The role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as the ability to lift and move equipment.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

32 hours per week.
