Naylor Building Partnerships Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional HVAC service work to our customers in the Richmond Hill area.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity for a hardworking and detail-oriented individual to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, with a focus on HVAC service and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues
  • Conduct site visits to assess and address customer needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our customers' needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Related pre-apprenticeship training (preferred)
  • GT3 Gas Technician license required (GT2 preferred) and ODP certification
  • Industrial, Commercial and Institutional (ICI) environments an asset
  • Completion of Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform training considered an asset
  • Valid Ontario Driver's license and insurable on our fleet policy
  • Ability to obtain a clean security clearance check
  • Ability to work on-call shifts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mechanical and electrical skills, computer aptitude
