About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining auction site security and ensuring that all personnel and customers have authorized clearance.

Salary

">

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000 to $80,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

">
  1. ">
  2. Responsible for maintaining auction site security by controlling access to the perimeter and ensuring that all personnel and customers have authorized clearance;">
  3. Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions;">
  4. Responsible for removing and securing personal property from repossessed vehicles;">
  5. Provide excellent customer service by assisting dealers with vehicle locating and shipping, as well as general inquiries;">
  6. Ensure proper authorized clearance for personnel and customers, transport, and supply companies according to pre-set site policies and procedures;">
  7. Perform other duties as assigned;">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ">
  • Previous experience in a security role is an asset;">
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills;">
  • Proven ability as a team player;">
  • Able to work shift work, including evenings and weekends;">
  • High degree of ethics and integrity;">
  • Valid G driver's license required;">
  • Valid Ontario Security license required;">
  • First Aid Certified;">
  • CPR certified;">
