Join Our Team as a Retail Client Service Associate with Stockroom Responsibilities

About the Role:
This dynamic position combines retail client service expertise with stockroom responsibilities, requiring a unique blend of technical skills and interpersonal abilities. You will work closely with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional client service during store business hours
• Assist in training other team members on Point-of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone
• Participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss and ensure safety and tidiness standards are respected

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of retail/client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
• Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• A High School graduate or equivalent
