Position Overview

The University of Lethbridge invites applications for a full-time continuing instructor position at the Instructor III rank in the Accounting area. The position is available on our Calgary or Lethbridge campus, with a start date of November 15, 2024. However, other start dates may be considered if candidates cannot begin the position on this date.

We are seeking an experienced instructor with a strong background in accounting and a commitment to teaching excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching courses in accounting, including audit, managerial, and financial accounting. They will also be expected to contribute to the development of the Accounting program and participate in School and Accounting Area governance.

The ideal candidate will have a Canadian CPA designation and significant accounting work experience. A graduate degree is preferred, or equivalent experience. They will also have a proven track record of teaching effectiveness and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
