Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at AVS Cleaning Solutions Inc. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
- Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
- Maintain Financial Records: Ensure that all financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and tools required to perform their duties.
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for the cleaning team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Leadership Experience: You have experience leading a team and have a proven track record of success in a supervisory role.
- Communication Skills: You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are able to effectively communicate with staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You are able to analyze problems and develop effective solutions, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
- Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for detail and are able to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Flexibility: You are able to work in a fast-paced environment and are flexible in your approach to meet the changing needs of our clients.
- Education: You have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: You have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Language: You are fluent in English.
- Work Hours: You are able to work 40 hours per week.
