Job Title: Operations Vice President

V4U LOGISTIC INC. is seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to lead our organization's operational strategy and direction. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing financial and administrative controls, and formulating policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 5 years or more
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Work Environment:

The Operations Vice President will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
