About the PositionWe are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales and service team as the Vice President of Sales & Service.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, driving growth and innovation, and leading a team to achieve exceptional results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Lead the sales team to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights.
About You
You will have a post-secondary degree or diploma in Sales or Marketing, or relevant experience in a senior management role.
Experience in a sales & service role with progressive responsibility and a proven track record of delivering against personal and financial objectives is essential.
Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills at all levels, and the ability to build strong relationships with team members are also required.
