Job Summary

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Supervise Staff: Train and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, including food service counter attendants, food preparers, and kitchen helpers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, customers, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure. The ideal candidate will be physically demanding and able to maintain attention to detail.
