Aura Kitchens and Cabinetry Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Director - Manufacturing Operations to lead our manufacturing team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production processes, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of production managers, supervisors, and staff to achieve business objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, costs, and expenses to ensure profitability and meet business targets.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies, goals, and objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production management, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Criminal Record Check: Required.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Required.
- Excellent Written Communication: Required.
- Interpersonal Awareness: Required.
- Team Player: Required.
- Supports Newcomers and/or Refugees with Foreign Credential Recognition: Required.
