About the Role

Crown Finishing Carpentry is seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in our carpentry projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Installation: Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools, and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
  • Material Selection and Preparation: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all carpentry work meets the company's high standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
  • Work Setting: Construction, renovation, commercial, and residential projects.
  • Level of Expertise: Maintenance and repair.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, reliable, team player, and work term: permanent.
