Occupational Therapist

At Shared Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide quality occupational therapy services to individuals with mental health issues and/or acquired brain injury.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized occupational therapy programs to patients, focusing on recovery-oriented care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that promote patient independence and well-being.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to address patient needs.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited Canadian university program or equivalent.
- Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Manitoba (COTM) and membership in the Manitoba Society of Occupational Therapists (MSOT) and the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT).
- Experience in mental health or geriatrics, with a strong commitment to patient safety and recovery-oriented care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
