Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Server, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our dining service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Promote and track sales of a la carte and wine services, meeting sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, supporting the team and contributing to the overall success of the dining service.

Requirements

  • Grade 10 minimum education required.
  • Smart Serve designation and one year experience in dining room service.
  • Proven customer service skills and excellent command of verbal and written English language.
  • Ability to work independently and/or as a member of a team.
  • All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Vulnerable Sector Check.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Safe Food Handling Certification.
