Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Painter to join our team at SCT WELDING LASER & MANUFACTURING CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying coatings to various surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish and adhering to strict safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply coatings to aircraft, motor vehicles, construction materials, and ornamental ironwork using various techniques and equipment.
  • Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking.
  • Operate metal spray equipment, micrometers, and other machinery to achieve precise results.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and quality control.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of coating techniques and safety protocols.
  • Excellent attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with regular overtime required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
