Job Title: Production Painter

We are seeking a skilled Production Painter to join our team at SCT WELDING LASER & MANUFACTURING CO.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for painting and coating various metal products, ensuring high-quality finishes and meeting production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare work areas, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of paints, coatings, and equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to ensure accurate coating applications.
  • Check the thickness of coatings using micrometers, callipers, or other devices.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, including metal spray equipment and hand-held spray guns.
  • Prepare and mix metallizing solutions according to formulas or specifications.
  • Select appropriate paints or mix paints to achieve desired finishes.
  • Tend or operate equipment to spray or coat metal products.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
