Job Summary

The Taber Production Operator will contribute to the success of PepsiCo Foods Canada by providing leadership in the operations of our manufacturing functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery, varying from basic to complex, to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Conduct daily sanitation activities and support biweekly site sanitation to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor with colleagues, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Be punctual and attend all scheduled shifts, demonstrating reliability and commitment to the team.
  • Participate in entry-level training to understand all areas of manufacturing, with opportunities for growth and development.
Shift Schedule

Work 3 shifts on, 3 shifts off, with 12-hour rotations, including day and night shifts. Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements
  • Excellent physical coordination and conditioning, with the ability to lift/carry 45-60 lbs. constantly for 12 hours a day.
  • Good speaking and writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on safety and food safety protocols.
