Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Advisor to join our team. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their home comfort needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with new, current, and previous customers to understand their home comfort needs
- Help homeowners save money on utilities and future repairs by offering energy-efficient solutions
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a referral base
- Achieve sales goals at or above quota revenues
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Self-motivation and drive to exceed sales targets
- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and presentation skills
- Post-secondary education in business or marketing (an asset)
- Minimum three years of business-to-consumer sales experience
- Proven track record of success
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Basic PC computer proficiency
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, and some weekends
