Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Advisor to join our team. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their home comfort needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with new, current, and previous customers to understand their home comfort needs
  • Help homeowners save money on utilities and future repairs by offering energy-efficient solutions
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a referral base
  • Achieve sales goals at or above quota revenues


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Self-motivation and drive to exceed sales targets
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Post-secondary education in business or marketing (an asset)
  • Minimum three years of business-to-consumer sales experience
  • Proven track record of success
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Basic PC computer proficiency
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, and some weekends
