We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as Assistant Vice President, Financial Crimes Risk Management, AI and Advanced Analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of advanced analytics and AI solutions to support financial crimes risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics and AI solutions to support financial crimes risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
- Manage a team of data scientists and analysts to design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team is at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in financial crimes risk management, data science, or a related field.
- Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering or operations research) preferred.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to design and develop complex models and solutions.
