Chief Operating Officer

Join TalentSphere Staffing Solutions in our search for a seasoned Chief Operating Officer to lead our client's commercial electrical contractor in their aggressive expansion plans.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven operational leader to drive growth, improve efficiency, and mitigate risks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in senior roles, with a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing risk management strategies as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand the company's reach and revenue
  • Ensure strict attention to regulatory compliance and oversee legal and compliance-related matters
  • Make decisive decisions, leveraging strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of industry-related experience in a senior role
  • Hands-on experience in business expansion, acquisitions, or startups
  • Proven track record of success in driving growth, improving efficiency, and mitigating risks
  • Strong business development and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
