Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Our client, a leading commercial Electrical contractor, is seeking a seasoned operational leader to drive their expansion plans. As Chief Operating Officer, you will play a critical role in achieving their vision of growth and establishing them as industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and expansion
  2. Lead a team of experienced professionals to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and mitigate potential risks
  4. Develop and manage budgets to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive

Requirements:

  1. 7+ years of industry-related experience in a senior operational role
  2. Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
  3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks
