At Trochu Gas & Snacks, we are looking for a talented Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for supervising food preparation staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. This is a permanent, English-speaking position that requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise food preparation staff and provide guidance as needed
  • Estimate ingredients and manage inventory to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
  • Hire and train new staff members to meet the needs of our kitchen
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance
  • Address customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations and meet business needs

Requirements:

Please note that this is not a remote work position, and candidates must be available to work in our Trochu Gas & Snacks location.
