Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Alberta Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Hire and manage food service staff to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
