Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Whisper Creek Cabin Rental. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Co-ordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Supervise a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Co-ordinate contract services to maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties.
  • Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
  • Respond to guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
