Job Summary

Boem Berry Farms is seeking a skilled Greenhouse Labourer to join our team. As a Greenhouse Labourer, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our crops, ensuring a high-quality harvest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
  • Clean the crops and greenhouse
  • Report signs of insect or disease damage
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Clean work area
Work Environment

Our greenhouse is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel. You must have good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: Will train
  • Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 60 hours per week
