Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Crop Care Specialist to join our team at Boem Berry Farms. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our crops, ensuring they receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
  • Clean the crops
  • Greenhouse cleaning
  • Report signs of insect or disease damage
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Clean work area

Work Environment:

  • Hot
  • Non-smoking
  • Harvest crops

Requirements:

  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
  • Experience: Will train
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Physically demanding
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Attention to detail
  • Hand-eye co-ordination
  • Walking
  • Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
