About the Role
  • This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.
  • The successful candidate will be physically fit and able to handle heavy loads, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
  1. Loading and unloading construction materials from vehicles and equipment
  2. Operating heavy equipment such as excavators, backhoes, and bulldozers
  3. Mixing and pouring concrete and asphalt
  4. Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  5. Leveling earth to fine grade specifications
  6. Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  7. Tending or feeding machines and equipment used in construction
Requirements
  • No formal education is required, but we offer on-the-job training for the right candidate.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Experience working with heavy equipment is an asset, but not necessary.
