Heavy-Duty Equipment Maintenance Professional

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Heavy-Duty Equipment Maintenance Professional to join our team at Kaizen Lab Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our waste handling equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance and repair of heavy-duty equipment, including earth moving equipment, to ensure efficient operations.
- Supervise and coordinate with a team of mechanics to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the maintenance manager to develop and implement maintenance strategies that align with company goals.
- Ensure all equipment and work areas meet safety policies and corporate appearance standards.

Requirements
- Red Seal Certificate in the Heavy Equipment Mechanic trade.
- Previous leadership experience is considered an asset.
- Strong technical knowledge of waste handling equipment and computer applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work late, be available for weekend and/or holiday work when required.
