About the Role

As a Visual Merchandiser at H&M Group, you will play a crucial role in creating an engaging and inspiring shopping environment that drives sales and customer satisfaction. This position requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can effectively implement visual merchandising strategies to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with store teams to ensure effective implementation of visual merchandising strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and industry developments to inform visual merchandising decisions
  • Ensure compliance with company visual identity and brand standards
  • Conduct regular visual audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Provide training and guidance to store teams on visual merchandising best practices
  • Work closely with store management to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends and industry developments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Physical ability to lift and move visual merchandising materials
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
