Job Summary

Copper & Kings is seeking a skilled Server to join our team at our rooftop bar and restaurant. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, providing outstanding service, and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and composure in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Copper & Kings products and culture, and use this knowledge to provide personalized recommendations and exceptional service.
  • Work closely with the Lead Supervisor to ensure seamless execution of service, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and complete all tasks in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive team environment, and promote a culture of hospitality and excellence.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the business.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment, preferably in a server or bartender role.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a flexible schedule.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience and education in craft cocktails and spirits.
  • General knowledge and enthusiasm for craft distilling and spirits.
  • History in bartending and a desire for upward mobility and cross-training.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

  • Works outdoors and indoors.
  • Works in warm and cold climates.
  • Works in high places.
  • Works on wet surfaces.
  • Exposed to loud noise, fumes, and/or toxic chemicals.
  • Works near moving, mechanical parts, and lift truck traffic.
  • Must be able to move up to 55 pounds.
