- Supervise staff and provide training and guidance as needed
- Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting, and internal control procedures
- Analyze financial documents and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
