Industrial Lift Truck Technician

Recooty is seeking skilled Forklift Field Mechanics to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for performing on-site repairs and diagnostics on industrial lift trucks across Montreal.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all major and minor repairs to customers' industrial lift trucks including diagnostic troubleshooting, electrical and hydraulic system repairs, steering systems, and drivability issues.
  • Maintain repair documentation.
  • Maintain all parts inventory.

Skills Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience performing repairs on industrial lift trucks.
  • Working knowledge of computers.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Should have your own set of tools.
  • Strong electrical and hydraulic repair skills.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $25 - $45/hourly wage will vary depending on experience, certification, and qualification.
