Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Clayton Park Tailor Shop and Dry Cleaners. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that stock is adequate to meet customer demand.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports to management to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical skills.
