Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Barburrito. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Food Quality: Ensure that all food meets our quality control standards, preparing and portioning food to the highest standards.
- Staff Management: Train and develop our staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as hiring and managing food service staff.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Communication: Prepare food order summaries for our chef and establish work schedules to ensure seamless operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate and have relocation costs covered by employer.
