Shift Manager

Barburrito is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and hire food service staff.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Scheduling and Planning: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare food order summaries for the chef, and establish work schedules.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate and relocation costs covered by the employer.
